This notice explains how VINCITUR processes data you send through this website and which technical features the site uses.

Data we process
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number and business name if provided, enquiry type, message, form language and technical data needed to prevent abuse. Calculators run in your browser; VINCITUR does not receive the entered values unless you choose to include them in a message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and take steps at your request before a possible contract. We do not use enquiry data for newsletters or advertising without separate consent.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are delivered to authorised VINCITUR personnel. FormSubmit provides technical form delivery and ChatGPT Sites hosts the website. These providers process the data needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are retained for no more than 12 months unless longer retention is needed to establish communication or a legal claim. Client data is retained for the applicable contractual, accounting and statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability or withdraw consent. Contact info@vincitur.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and external content
The site currently does not activate analytics or marketing trackers. Short-lived browser storage records the most recent form submission time for abuse prevention. Google Maps loads only after you click; Google may then process technical data under its own policy.
